Winter, Spring, Summer, or Fall , we're your Family Vacation Headquarters. No matter what the season there's fun and relaxation for the whole family at the Cannon Mountain View. We're a four-season Motel, Restaurant and Tavern in the beautiful village of Franconia conveniently located just off of Interstate 93 and minutes from Cannon Mountain, Franconia Notch, and the area's many other sites and attractions.
Our family-owned Motel offers you 24 clean, spacious rooms, some of which are adjoining for larger families. We have rooms with two Full size beds, rooms with one King size bed or rooms with one Queen size bed. We also have rooms that are designated for our guests that smoke and if you are a guest that is traveling with a pet we also have designated pet rooms upon request. All of our rooms are ground level with front and back door entrances for easy access from our parking lot or to our pool. Our pool is outdoors and seasonal.We have picnic areas with grills, a horseshoe pit and a shuffle board court along with plenty of lawn area for children to play.
Our "Above the Notch" Restaurant and Tavern is one of the most popular restaurants in the area. Join us for drinks or a casual dinner in our friendly bar, private dining room, or on our outdoor patio with breathtaking views on Cannon Mountain and the Gale River.

CMV Entertainment Venue
(To our motel guests: Our music room is located on the far side of a separate building (our restaurant and tavern building) which is across the parking area and well away from our guest rooms. Motel guests also receive free admission to most shows.)
For your enjoyment, Friday nights are when the CMV really rocks. We consistently book the best bands from all over New England and since adding the new concert room in 2007, we have become the premier music venue in the North Country.
