Bass Ale
This most classic of British ales is the embodiment of the rich English brewing tradition. A wonderfully complex malt profile, generous hops, and the famous Burton water combine to make this a beer for the ages. |
Cannon Mountain View Ale
Rich, smooth, and brown, this hearty ale is brewed for us by Vermont's Long Trail Brewery. It's sure to please with its deep malt flavors and smooth finish. |
Dogfish Head 60 Minute (alternate)
60 Minute is a session India Pale Ale brewed with a slew of great NorthWest hops. A powerful, but balanced East Coast I.P.A. with a lot of citrusy hop character. The session beer for hardcore beer enthusiasts! |
Guinness Stout
This is the great Irish classic from the brewery that invented stout. This famously seductive black liquid is brewed with malted barley and darkly roasted un-malted barley for the satisfying starchiness and the clean, dry finish that made Guinness a world famous brew. |
Pemi Pale Ale
Brewed at the nearby Woodstock Brewery, this well hopped beer has a wonderfully crisp bitterness that's perfect for washing down a nice piece of meat or a slice of our famous stone-baked pizza. |
Pigs Ear Brown Ale
Pigs Ear Brown Ale won Grand National Champion for brown ales at the United States Beer Tasting Championships in 2004 and 2006. Medium bodied with a balance of roasted and crystal malts creating a hearty nutty flavor. Medium bitterness with a slightly sweet finish. |
Woodstock Seasonal
More often than not we have Pigs Ear Brown Ale on tap, but in certain seasons we'll temporarily replace it with a Winter Ale, Raspberry Wheat, or other seasonal offering from the nearby Woodstock Brewery. |
