Hours & Info

• Check-in is after 3:00 p.m.
• Check-out is before 11:00 a.m.
• Pool  hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. No Lifeguard on duty. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times!
• Late check-out must be agreed upon in advance. There is a $25. fee per room with your check out changing to 3:00 p.m.
• Children 12 and under stay free.
• Each additional person over 12 years of age is $10 per day.
• Cots are $10 per day, per cot.
• Pets are allowed in designated rooms only. They must be crated at all times in the room. Pets are never to be left in the room by themselves at any time if they are not in a crate and they must be leashed at all times when outside. Pets are not allowed in the pool area. The charge is $15.00 per night, per pet.
• One night deposit plus tax is charged upon reservation and becomes non-refundable if cancelled within 72 hours of your scheduled arrival date.
• There are no refunds for early departures.
• We have a 7 day cancellation policy and there is a $25. cancellation fee applied to all cancellations.
• There is a  $15.00 charge for non-returned room keys.
• There is a $75.00 charge for smoking in a non-smoking room.
• There is a $75.00 charge if you have a pet in a non-pet room or if you have a pet in a room that you did not check in when you arrived.
• Rates and packages are subject to change. Rates do not include the 9% NH Meals and Rentals Tax.
